| About Gurung |
The Gurung is an ethnic group from the Central region of Nepal. They live
primarily in West Nepal's Gandaki zone, specifically Lamjung, Kaski, Tanahu,
Gorkha, Parbat and Syangja districts as well as the Manang district around
the Annapurna mountain range. Some live in the Baglung, Okhaldhunga and
Taplejung districts and Machhapuchhre as well. Small numbers are believed
to be living in Sikkim or Bhutan.

| आम्सड्रम विश्वकप फूटबलमा एनआरएन भिड्ने |
| डब्लुके आम्सड्रमले आयोजना गर्ने मैत्रीपूर्ण विश्वकप फुटबल प्रतियोगितामा गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ (एनआरएन) सहभागी हुने भएको छ। आगामी जुन ६ र ७ मा नेदरल्याण्डमा मैत्रीपूर्ण विश्वकप फुटबल हुँदैछ।
डब्लुके आम्सड्रमलेले वर्षेनी मैत्री पूर्ण विश्वकप फूटबल प्रतियोगीता आयोजना गर्छ। गैर आवाशीय नेपालीहरुले फुटबलमा भाग लिन लागेको यो चौथो पटक हो। उक्त फूटबल प्रतियोगीता मा २३ जाना नेपाली खेलाडीहरुले सहभागी हुने भएका छन्। 'खेलाडीहरु गोल हान्न तयारी देखिएका छन्'- एनआरएन अध्यक्ष गोविन्द रौनियारले भने।
एनआरएन समुह ग मा परेको छ। नेपालीहरुको टिमले इराक, स्पेन, चीन, टर्की, इजरायल र सोमालियाको सामना गर्नेछ।
रौनियारका अनुसार नेपाली भाषा, राष्ट्रियता र परम्परा झल्कने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रममा पनि नेपालीले भाग लिने छन्। खेलाडीहरु आफ्नो आफ्नो देशहरुबाट आएर बसेका नेदरल्यान्डसका बासिन्दाहरु हुन्। उनीहरुले आ-आफ्नो देशको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै मैदानमा उत्रिने छन्।
समर्थकहरु आफ्नो देशको समर्थन रहेर रंगिन सांस्कृतिक कार्यकर्मबाट मनोरन्जन लिनेछन्। अन्तमा दर्शकहरु संसारभरिकै खानाको स्वाद लिएर संगीतको तालमा आफ्नो शरीर हल्लाउनेछन्। यो सबै कुराहरु एउटै छतको मुनी अथवा आम्सड्रम को एस्पोट पार्कमा हुनेछ। |

| अष्ट्रेलियन धनी मानिसमा नेपाली पनि |
| अष्ट्रेलियाको बि आर डब्लू म्यागेजिनले सन् २००९ मा छनौट गरेको २०० जना धनाड्यको सूचीमा एकजना नेपाली उद्योगी ब्यावसायी शेष घले १६४ औं नम्बरमा पर्न सफल भएका छन् । नेपालअष्ट्रेलियान्युजका अनुसार आज भन्दा १९ वर्ष अगाडि विद्यार्थी भिसाको रुपमा आपनी श्रीमती सहित एउटा सानो सुटकेश र हाते ब्यागमा अस्ट्रेलिया भित्रिएका घले आज दुइ सय आठ मिलियन डलर सम्पत्ति जोड्न सफल भएका छन् । नेपालको दुर्गम जिल्ला लमजुङ्गबाट सन् १९९० मा घले एमविए र उनकी श्रीमती जमुना गुरुङ्ग मार्केटिङ्ग डिग्री अध्ययनका लागि नेपालमा भएको सानो पूजी सबै बेचेर मेलवर्न आएका थिए ।
उनलाई अमेरिका यूके भन्दा पनि अष्ट्रेलियाको पोष्टरले मेलवर्न आउन उक्साएको थियो । मेलवर्न यात्राका क्रममा उनले निकैं समस्या झेल्नुपरता पनि साहसी घलेले आप्नो उद्धेश्यका लागि निरन्तर परिश्रम गरिरहे । फलस्वरुप उनले सन् १९९६ मा मेलवर्न इन्स्टीच्यूट अफ टेक्नोलोजी एमआइटी स्थापना गरेका थिए । आज उनको यो उद्योग मेलवर्न हुदै सिड्नी सम्म आइपुगेको छ । उनको लगानी यस बाहेक शेयर बजारमा पनि रहेको बताइन्छ ।
अब उनको योजना अर्को वर्ष बि्रसवेन र पर्थमा पनि कजेज संचालन गर्ने रहेको छ । उनले खोलेको एमआइटीमा अहिले मेलवर्नमा २००० जना र सिड्नीमा १००० गरी ३००० जना विदेशी विद्यार्थी अध्ययनरत छन् । उनले इन्स्टीच्यूट संचालनका लागि आप्नैं भवन पनि खरिद गरिसकेका छन् । उनले आप्नो गाउँमा अस्पताल विद्यालय लगायत अन्य सामाजिक विकासका लागि लाखौं चन्दा दिए पनि मिडियामा आउन नचाहेकाले कुनै पनि सहयोगमा उनको नाम आउने गरेको थिएन । परिश्रमी घलेले एउटा सानो देश नेपाल त्यसमा पनि दुर्गम गाउ लमजुङ्गबाट विदेशमा आइ गरेको प्रगतिको खुसी देश भित्र र वाहिर रहेका सबै नेपालीहरु बीच छाएको छ । |

| Immortal Reality |
Being human and living life is really harsh when expectation reaches beyond
the limit. Totally difficult to tolerate if nothing goes as we have expected
as we planned. It's true that without emotions, feelings, seriousness and
without having capability of giving sympathy cannot just win others heart.
Years and years of relations could also turn up into nightmare and won't
take a long to time to end up everything if people are not aware enough
to hold up the relationship.
Every human have their own rules and
regulations and follow their own principle. We are good enough to sense what’s going good and what’
s going bad. Even knowingly or unknowingly we do the mistakes. Some people whoever wants to build up
and go ahead, they find their mistakes and learned from their mistakes, makes them stronger to accept
any kind of challenges whatever life throws to them, but those people who knows whatever they are doing
bad or going on wrong direction, thinking themselves as stubborn would always fall down. They won’t
have any options leftover because these kind or people are kind of person acting like they are sleeping.
The person whoever is really sleeping can wake up easily if somebody puts a little bit effort to wake them
up but whoever acting like sleeping won’t wake up because they knows somebody is trying wake them up.
